Data Controller and Owner

Types of collected data

The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or collected automatically when using this Application.

Collectively, the information that eXandria collects about you, including personal information, relating to this website is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "your information."

User-Provided Information:

We collect information that you voluntarily provide us about yourself, such as your name and contact details when you register with the Service. In addition, for the scope of the Service, you are invited to add information about yourself to your profile, i.e. your birth year, sex and nationality. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses. You can modify, delete, and set your privacy setting for this information any time in the My Account section of the site after you have signed in using your personal password.

Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for Exandria to provide some of its services.

When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser, enables us to help you log in faster and enhances your navigation through the Site. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. The Service may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Your browser may use persistent cookies on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

Log Files:

Your browser automatically reports Log file information each time you access a web page. When you use eXandria, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

Clear GIFs Information:

eXandria may employ clear GIFs (also known as web beacons), which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personally identifiable information from your Site account is collected using these clear GIFs. We may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting and improve the Site.

Third Party Services:

We may use third party tools (e.g., Google Search, Google Analytics, and other tools referenced on the Site or in this privacy policy) to help understand use of or add functionality to the Site. Such third party tools may collect certain information (e.g., information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address), and such third parties' use of the information they receive through the Site is governed by their respective Privacy Policies.

eXandria requires you to register in order to use some functionalities of the website, such as adding reviews and comment on other users’ reviews.

Registration via Third-Party Tools:

You can register and create a profile on eXandria using Facebook or Google. By doing so, you are asking Facebook or Google to send us registration information that they have on file for you. We treat that information as we do any other information you give to us when you register or create a profile.

You should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these areas, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit on the Site and eXandria has no responsibility to publish, remove or edit any of your public activities or any of your submissions that are a result of your public activities. When you share or recommend (with or without adding your own comments) any Site content to an external site (e.g., Facebook, Google) that action is governed by the external site's privacy policy. We do not store a record of those comments or actions. If you have signed up for a Site account, we will track and aggregate your public activities.
